1. This site is informational

The content on this site describes our services and the payments industry in general terms. It is provided for information only and is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing on this site is an offer of, or a guarantee of, specific rates, fees, funding schedules, equipment, approvals, or program terms. Merchant processing, POS equipment, and gateway services. Rates, fees, and program terms are subject to processor underwriting, background verification, and executed Merchant Processing Agreements (MPAs). Specific terms are confirmed individually, in writing, before you sign anything.

2. Our role

Argos Payment Solutions is an independent third-party sales agent for various registered independent sales organizations (ISOs) and payment processors of various financial institutions in the United States. Payment processing services are provided by those processors and their sponsor financial institutions under agreements between you and them — not by this website.

3. Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape or harvest content at scale, submit false or automated form submissions, or misrepresent your affiliation with Argos. The site provides no accounts or uploads. The contact page may offer a form that relays what you submit to our business inbox (see the Privacy Notice), or a composer that opens your own email app. Either way, do not send full card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive data — we will never ask you to.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by JPE Argos Group LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print, and share pages for your own informational use; any other use requires our written permission.

5. Third-party names and links

Product and company names mentioned on this site or reachable through it are trademarks of their respective owners, and their use or mention does not imply endorsement. Any links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep the site's content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argos and JPE Argos Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of this website. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Argos and JPE Argos Group LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
